Program Overview

The Youthful Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to thank patients for choosing Youthful Images Aesthetics for your MedSpa treatments and skincare purchases. Rewards points are earned, tracked, and redeemed through your Youthful Images account.

How Points Are Earned

1 point is earned for every $1 spent on eligible MedSpa treatments and skincare products.
Points are not earned on plastic surgery procedures, but 500 points will be added to your account after completion of your surgery.
Gift card purchases earn points for the purchaser of the gift card only.
The Product of the Month earns 2x points.

Reward Value Examples

Points can be redeemed toward eligible future MedSpa purchases based on the following examples:

100 points	$10 reward
500 points	$50 reward
1,000 points	$100 reward

New Patient Surgery Consultation Bonus

New patient surgery consultations receive 250 points.
These points are added to the patient’s Youthful Images account after the consultation.

Surgery Completion Bonus

Patients receive 500 points after completion of surgery.
These points are awarded as a loyalty bonus and cannot be used toward plastic surgery.

RepeatMD App Membership Bonus

New RepeatMD app members who sign up for the Youthful Images Aesthetics Account receive 500 points.
Existing members of the Youthful Images Aesthetics Account will also receive 500 points
Patients with previous other memberships (i.e. Opal, Ruby & Tox) will receive 500 points for switching to the Youthful Images Aesthetics Account.
All memberships other than the Youthful Images Aesthetics Account will be discontinued September 30, 2026

Redeeming Rewards

Rewards points may be used toward eligible MedSpa treatments and skincare products.
Points cannot be used toward plastic surgery.
There is no cap on the number of rewards points that may be redeemed at one time.
Points do not expire.
Same-day accumulated Loyalty Rewards cannot be applied toward treatment received that same day. Same-day earned points may be used at the next visit.

Transfers and Gift Cards

Points cannot be transferred to another patient.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash
Gift cards earn points for the purchaser only.
Gift card recipients do not earn points from the original gift card purchase.

Refunds

Refunded purchases will reverse the corresponding points earned from that transaction.
Point adjustments will be reflected in the patient’s Youthful Aesthetics Account.
